Here's the general feedback we've gathered while commissioning using the new form:
It might be helpful to put an info box next to certain fields (for example, explaining that the billing email address can be left as 'n/a'.
QCC - do we need to share it again/add it as a document when commissioning (since it's shared previously with Profiles in order for the proposal to be created)?
File upload: Category/Sub-category are quite confusing. The sub-category drop-down options are the same whatever you choose at 'Category'.
'Sample details tab':
We suggest renaming 'Number#' into 'Number of countries' for clarity
"MAIN# of target groups description" the labelling is confusing, we suggest renaming as 'MAIN: Target group description(s)'.
'Number of dips/rounds/waves' - can this be set as 'one' if Ad Hoc project?
Can the total base size be auto-populated calculated by the number of cells*base size per cell?
'Sample blend' - are we expected to input a previous project's JN or proposal number for example?
Quota tab:
In 'define %' we can't click in another field and have to use the keyboard arrows to go to lower rows.
Isn't this auto-populating from the proposal?
Is the commissioned panel blend specified anywhere in the tool? We think it would be very useful having it there as it is sometimes unclear from the PDF proposal what panel partner usage is considered.
